General Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to terminate any membership in the event that there are recurring complaints or the member is conducting themselves in a manner that is not positively conducive to our culture.  Blatant self promotion will be deemed as breach of our terms and conditions.

Acceptance of membership or progression of use of services will be deemed as your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

We may add services and/or membership benefits at our discretion from time to time.  This may affect our terms and conditions.  We reserve the right to update and change these terms and conditions at our discretion.  We will advise affected parties via email of any changes.

Restrictions on Membership Access:

All applications will be pre-approved.  Approval is at our sole discretion.  If we do not feel there is a good fit, we will respectfully decline the application.

The following will be excluded from accessing the Membership without our prior consent:  Software providers, Media, Coaches/Advisors, Multi-level Marketing companies.

Purchase Process:

Purchasing with us is easy, simply choose the product by clicking the Buy now button on the product page. This will direct you to our Shopping cart page where you can continue shopping, or simply check out by clicking the PayPal Button. You will be redirected to our site once PayPal has processed the payment successfully. Simple! We accept Mastercard, Visa & PayPal transaction in AUD.

Payments:

Payments are made in advance via our online shopping cart with the exception of Business Momentum initial fees, which will be invoiced.

Prices are subject to change at our discretion.  We will notify affected parties 30 days in advance.

Failure to pay will result in a suspension of your membership and/or services.  During suspension the member will not have access to the member benefits until such time as the membership fees are paid in full in advance.  Payment defaults not rectified within 60 days will result in the membership being stopped.

Delivery:

Downloadable services such as eClasses are delivered via email within 10 minutes. If you don’t receive the email, please check your SPAM filter or junk mail and whitelist our info@consultmegroup.com to ensure you receive future notifications or deliveries.

Where there is a particular start date to a service, such as a Webinar or Mentoring session you will be notified of the specific times, dates and venues by email.

Refund Policy:

For Consult Me Membership we do not allow refunds. If you are dissatisfied with the service please refer to complaints below.

For eClasses we offer a 14 Day Satisfaction Guarantee, fully refundable if you feel you haven’t received fair value.Simply email info@consultmegroup.com with a copy of your purchase receipt and we will organise a refund.

For the MarketSmartly magazine, we offer a no questions asked refund on the last issue purchased. Please email mag@marketsmartly.com or info@consultmegroup.com to request a refund and to cancel your subscription. Refunds also apply to single issue purchases.

Personal information is only obtained if you voluntarily provide it to us. When registering to receive additional content and/or services via our website or social media platforms, we require your name, e-mail address, company name, country, and postal code.

With your express approval, we send you newsletters, event notifications and other relevant and informative information. If you do not wish to receive these e-mail notifications, simply indicate that preference when you register or simply follow the unsubscribe link in the footer of each e-mail.

Where you register for additional content and/or services, you give us permission to send you e-mails related to the content and/or services to which you subscribe and select.

Any personal information collected will not be passed on to a third party without the express written authority of the individual or entity and will only be used for the intended purpose accompanying the request for the information.

The individual will be provided with legal access to including, if requested, a copy of this personal information. They will also be afforded the opportunity to correct any of this information, and Consult Me Group will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information kept on file is current.

Obtaining your consent:

By using our Website and social media platforms, you give Consult Me Group permission to collect information about your browsing behaviour for the purposes of our market research.  This information is collected anonymously. If you register at our web site, you authorise us to use information you provide to personalise the information we deliver to you and to use your demographic information when analysing aggregated customer data.

If you are under the age of 18, you must not provide your name, e-mail address, or any other identifying information without the consent of your parent or guardian, or as otherwise provided for by applicable law.
